Our focus and goal is to make sure that our products are of the highest quality at the lowest possible pricing to benefit our customers. Home Storage USA collects visitor information for the purpose of contacting our customers regarding order questions or for processing orders only. We do not sell, rent, trade, or barter any of our customers information. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we recieve. Credit card numbers are encrypted when stored on our server. Our system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting both shoppers and merchants while sensitive information is transmitted on the internet. - Do you have a price guarantee?
At Home Storage USA, we do guarantee the lowest possible pricing. If you find an identical item that is priced lower that ours, we will beat the final price, including shipping by 10%. We do exclude closeouts, free shipping offers, and bid site pricing. - What is your return policy?
We ask athat all items retuned be placed in their original packaging in sellable condition with a copy of your sales receipt. Send to the address in the shipping and returns section. If a product is defective, please contact us for prior authorization. - What are your shipping rates?

There is a $5.00 extra shipping fee for shipping to APO & FPO addresses. Alaska and Hawaii orders are sent priority mail. If you would like your order expedited, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Canadian orders are sent ground shipping and may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. If sent by air, there will be additional shipping charges. Please contact us for rates if you would like your order expedited. There is a $5.00 insurance charge to send to out of the country destinations and there may be extra shipping costs. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote. - How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of order unless item is on backorder. You will be notified by e-mail if your order is on backorder. Some products are shipped directly from manufacturer. You will be notified by e-mail also, if your product is coming from the manufacturer. Generally, once your product is shipped out from our warehouse, the turnaround time is anywhere from 2 to 5 business days depending on location. We ship via USPS and via UPS. - What are your payment methods?
Home Storage USA accepts orders via the internet, via fax (810)695-0623, via mail (Home Storage USA, PO Box 237, Grand Blanc, MI 48080), or via phone (810) 695-0573. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Money Order. If you are mailing your order, you can print off a printable order form from our website and mail it back to us. - Do you give large quantity discounts?
