SHIPPING SPECIALS..... All reduced shipping specials are for the continuous 48 states only. Canadian orders must use the UPS Canadian rates upon checkout. We will only ship the order complete. Due to the high cost of shipping, items will not be back ordered. We will notify you of any product issues.  Alaska, Hawaii & all U.S. Possessions are excluded in this shipping special

All orders are shipped within the continental United States via UPS Ground, USPS Ground. For 2nd Day, 3rd Day & Overnight shipments please see our shipping costs in our shopping cart. Ground rates that are used for anything other than continental US shipping will be recharged accordingly.

We ship to all U.S. possessions, Canada, and non Continental states Alaska & Hawaii. We also ship to foreign destinations. A $5 Charge for additional insurance will be added for foreign destinations. Our special rate is for ground shipping only in the continental United States. If " best rate " is used for any orders outside the continental U.S. we will charge any additional charges to your credit card automatically. Overseas orders will be charged at US Air Parcel Post Rates. Ground shipping to Canada may take 6 to 8 weeks. There will be additional shipping charges if sent by air to Canada.

A service of $7 will be added to APO and FBO Addresses.

On closeout or discontinued items, we will ship what quantity we have available and credit the rest

RETURN INFORMATION

All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase received date. Exchanges only will be allowed for anything over the 30 and not over 60 days. Any unauthorized returns will have a 25% restocking fee after 30 days. If an item returned was ordered on a Special shipping offer, the return will have our cost of shipping deducted from the return

Product must be received in sellable condition. Any packages returned in non sellable condition will also have a 25% restocking fee. Please get tracking on all returns. We are not responsible for lost packages. Also insure your return. If we receive your return damaged you will have to file a claim with the carrier you used.

Include copy of your sales receipt
